How it works

From consultation
to event day

We handle everything — survey, equipment, install, live monitoring, and breakdown. You focus on the event.

01

Consultation & survey

We discuss your event requirements, expected user numbers, and site layout. For larger events we conduct an on-site survey.

02

Network design

We design the connectivity architecture — bonded uplinks, access point placement, VLANs, and access control configuration.

03

Deploy & test

Our engineers install and stress-test all equipment ahead of doors opening. Everything is verified before your event goes live.

04

Live support

We monitor the network throughout your event and provide on-site or remote support for the full duration.

Expert advice

Things to know
before you book

After deploying WiFi at dozens of events across the UK, here's what we tell every new client.

Tip 01

Book early — it matters

Dedicated leased lines can take 3–6 months to install. The earlier you book, the better the solution and the more competitive the pricing. Last minute? We have rapid-deploy satellite options, but planning ahead always wins.

Tip 02

Don't rely on a single 4G SIM

At large events, 4G masts get overloaded. A strong signal during site inspection doesn't mean it stays strong during the show. We bond multiple cellular and satellite connections for guaranteed bandwidth with automatic failover.

Tip 03

Secure your network properly

Printing the SSID and password on a sign means your network is public within minutes. We deploy voucher-based systems and captive portals so only authorised vendors and staff can connect.

Tip 04

Plan for peak load, not average

Your busiest moment — doors opening, headline act, end-of-night card rush — is when you need the network most. We design for peak simultaneous usage, not average estimates.
